Kristine Mavraganis is the Pastry Chef/Owner of Kristine's Dessert Works, Inc. and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Established in 1993, originally in Chester, NJ, her craftsmanship has been recognized time and time again by The Observer Tribune, Daily Record and The New York Times. She is adament in her loyalty to the style of the classical European Pastry Shops. No artificial ingredients, stabilizers or chemical derivitives are ever used. Only natural, wholesome ingredients and techniques proven over years by European masters.
